Terms Of Use

OK, here is the un-fun part but you need to read this stuff. It's not hard and all boils down to, just be kind to the wonderful people who shares their talents no matter where you get the graphics from.

Most people do this type of work for the love of it, and are willing to share the results. What they request in return is very basic and simple. So here it is and reads about like any other one you have ever read

All backgrounds, logos, buttons were made by RP Graphics, however some images were found on the web. If some how I have missed something and there is any copyrighted material on this site, please Contact Me, and I will either add a link to the artist's site, or remove the material.

Do Not Hot Link To Any Files On This Web Site by directly link to these images by placing the URL to them in your web page or post.

When you do that your stealing my site's bandwidth and that cost me money!

You must save them to your computer and then upload them to your own web space! I can tell it you have hot-linked to any images on this site and the link will be broken. So linking to any images on this site is a waste of your time.

Linkware Graphic Page Sets

1. You do not have to use all pieces of the set or set it up how I have, but you may not "Mix" the backgrounds with other backgrounds or use the buttons with other backgrounds. They may not be altered in any manner whatsoever! This includes re-sizing, cutting and pasting, sectioning for re-use as banners dividers or logos. No alterations! If you need something to go along with your set, please email me. I will be happy to help with anything you need.

2. Web Sets are offered for use on PERSONAL OR NON-PROFIT SITES ONLY. Do not use any graphics from this set on commercial, porn or sites that promote violence or drugs.

3. You may not use any part of these web sets as email stationery, or to produce printed stationery of any kind, including letterheads, envelopes, note pads etc You may not use any part of these web sets as a corporate or business logo, either on the internet or in printed stationery form.

4. You may not convert any part of these web sets into Paint Shop Pro tubes.

5. You MUST provide a link to RP Graphics at: www.rpsite.com and to the website of any artist, visual, musical or otherwise, whose work appears as a part of the set. This information, together with suitable logos, is provided with every link ware set.

6. The graphics in these web sets may not be redistributed in any form.

8. DO NOT directly link to these images by placing the URL to them in your web page or post. When you do that your stealing my sites bandwidth and that cost me money!

Tutorials

These tutorials, selection files, original images and tubes created by me belong to me. However, anything that you create from these tutorials belongs to you and you are free to do whatever you like with them.

Please do not copy my tutorials and send them through email groups. Also please do not copy my tutorials to any website or group files. You are more then welcome to use them as a lesson for your group providing a text link to the tutorial page here on my site.

The reason I write these tutorials is to help others learn some of the things that I have learned and to have fun in the process.

Background Tiles

Your welcome to use them in building a personal or non-profit website. I don't require a link back for these, but you can not include them with another collection and offer them for download. Also please don't claim them as your own work! That would be pretty "cheap" now wouldn't it? If anyone asks, send them here.

Poser Tubes

Much like the background tiles these are yours to use for non-commercial use. You may use them in siggies, tags, web design and I require no credit or link back. If you would like to include the copyright information use ©RP Graphics. You may alter by resizing or adding sparkles and such. But please try and keep the image intact as possible. Do not claim they as your own work. If anyone asks please send them here
